Why REQUIP?

Scott Schneiderman is currently a pastor at New Beginnings Church (nbcfamily.com) and he brings experience as an intelligence analyst, schooling in Christian apologetics, and pastoral care, he wants to use his gifts to help people be ready for their mission in life.

The world is a complex interconnected place with countless false messages confusing people. The tragedy is the noise from culture is confusing the gospel of Jesus Christ. REQUIP was birthed out of a desire to equip followers of Jesus with tools, models, and teaching for discipleship. The heartbeat of this ministry is to help YOUR ministry!

Prepare for Action:

Christians have specific gifts and specific assignments God gave them. God desires to use His children to communicate the message of salvation and restoration to the people in their sphere of influence. Followers of Jesus must prepare their minds for action (1 Peter 1:13).
